Carly who was born and raised in San Diego, and is a School of Business grad from University of Arizona impresses potential clients with her market knowledge and savvy business candor. Starting her career in the begining of the downturn of 2007 and where most failed she flourished, which demonstrates why today her past clients are raving fans and refer her their friends and family often. Being a millennial she utilizes all of today's technologies, but more important is her discipline as a student of the business and deep understanding of the technical aspects of a real estate transaction that clients greatly appreciate and fell safe with her consult. She was featured in San Diego magazine, and designated as a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent in 2011 by QMI Research as rated by her customers and peers.

Cay and Carly welcome the newest addition to the family team, Carly’s husband Patrick Ferry. Patrick was introduced to Cay and Carly first as client's of his families internationally recongnized real estate training and coaching company www.mikeferry.com (his Father, who in the early 2000's was recognized as the 5th most influential person in the real estate industry by NAR) in which he worked for 12 years as a sales and marketing trainer and then ultimately as a coach to some of the countries top real estate agents in North America. Then transitioned to his Brother's company www.tomferry.com (in 2015 recognized as the 69th most powerful person in the US real estate industry by swanepoel.com/power200/2016) to be with Carly in San Diego. Patrick at first traveled on behalf of Tom Ferry's Success Strategies Insitute with Bank of America Home Loans and Zillow.com representatives doing educational/training events for real estate companies all accross the West. After traveling to every major city in N. America and working with the most successful real estate agents and companies in the country, he is happy to spend his time now working with a select few top agent coaching clients in the biggest markets in the US but a majority of his time today is dedicated to helping build Cay and Carly's thriving real estate business as a sales person serving buyers, sellers and investors in San Diego.

Patrick specializes in helping families that were previously on the market with another agent/company and the home did not sell, and thrives on the challenge of helping familes that want to know how to maximize their real estate decision financially at the same time seeking to improve their quality of life.
