I have moved a lot, and worked with a number of agents, but Cay and Carly are head and shoulders above the rest of them. The father and daughter team went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house went smoothly. They have a true talent and the ability to know what you like or dislike in a home.

It seems like no real estate transaction goes without some hiccup along the way, but they were impressive in the ability to get those bumps ironed out. What we appreciated, which is not found with a lot of agents, is their communication. They called us regularly with updates and asked us if we had any concerns or questions.

We had a very tight window for moving out of our old house and moving into our new house, but Cay and Carly got it done for us and we couldn't have been happier.

Lastly, unlike other houses we have purchased, we never went through any buyer remorse or feeling we could have gotten a better deal. We moved in and are enjoying our new home.
